- All orders will be processed on a daily basis on business days, which is MONDAY to FRIDAY (except weekends & Malaysia public holiday).
- The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 3.00PM (GMT +8). We will send out your order within 2 to 5 working days (ex-Klang Valley) / 5 to 14 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) after receiving your payment information.
- We shall keep you well informed of any unexpected delay or late delivery due to technical or resources problem. Though for any unforeseen technical or resources issue, late delivery may happen without prior notice.
- When the item ordered is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. An email will be sent to you within estimated timescales as soon as that information is available from our suppliers.
- We’ll update you via email, phone calls & text (whichever applicable) upon sending out your parcel/delivery, should the order does not arrive within the lead time, please contact us soonest possible at support@kitchen711.com.my.
- If you have given us a wrong or incomplete address or contact number which causes the inability of delivery of the product, the redelivery charges will be charged to you and such charges shall be fully paid before redelivery is made.
