The POWERLINE Planetary Mixer PM-40 is a heavy-duty mixer designed for commercial bakery and food preparation applications. Equipped with a 1.20 kW motor and a 37.85 L bowl capacity, it features three mixing speeds for handling a variety of ingredients and mixtures. The mixer uses precision-milled gear transmission with a cogged belt and comes with a stainless steel bowl, dough hook, flat beater and whip. Safety features include a removable safety guard, emergency stop button and thermal overload protection.
