Description
The POWERLINE Planetary Mixer PM-8C is a compact heavy-duty mixer designed for bakery and food preparation applications. Equipped with a 0.20 kW motor and an 8-quart (7.57 L) bowl capacity, it features three mixing speeds for versatile preparation of dough, batter and other ingredients. The mixer uses a precision-milled gear transmission with a cogged belt and comes with a stainless steel mixing bowl and standard mixing attachments.
