You could order easily by using our online platform. Select the product required, and add them into your purchase cart, login and go through the simple ordering process. Please make sure the information provided by you is correct and complete. As an order has been made, a confirmed order summary will be stored in you registered account, and you will receive via email too.

Speeding up the purchase process. By ordering online, you will be able to receive a quick quote on prices and you will be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much faster. Besides, you could access easily to all of your previous orders any time you want.

Yes. You may choose to add any items to your wish list and purchase them later. However, do note that the items added into your wish list are for your convenience to purchase later and they are not meant for any reservation purpose.

Order not processed yet

In the event that, the order has yet to be processed, we will proceed to cancel your order as soon as possible upon receive of your email.

Order processed

In the event that, we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return to us the product within seven (7 days) of receiving the products, please refer to RETURN POLICY, and any delivery cost to return the products shall be bear by you. Please be informed that the cancellation of any product is not refundable and online purchases are eligible for online store credit or any exchange request.

Order delivered

In the event that, the product has been delivered to, you need to contact us and return to us the product within seven (7 days) of receiving the products, the details please refer to RETURN POLICY, and any delivery cost to return the products shall be bear by you. Please be informed that the cancellation of any product is not refundable and online purchases are eligible for online store credit or any exchange request.

We will not proceed to deliver the order until we receive the shortfall payment for the delivery charges. Kitchen711 shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales due to the changes of delivery address.
