Care & Use:

Wash, rinse and dry the knife before using it for the first time.
Avoid cutting on hard surface such as stone, glass or metal.
Hand-wash with the soft side of sponge & mild detergent; rinse & dry immediately after washed.
Avoid from using liquid or powder detergent containing bleach or highly acidic substance.
Use knife sharpener or sharpening stone to sharpen the knife.
Store the knife in a safe place such as knife block or on a magnetic strip on the wall to protect its edge & prevent injury.

Wash & dry carefully, keeping sharp edge away from your hands.

The daily cut-off time for order processing will be at 3.00PM (GMT +8). We will send out your order within 2 to 5 working days (ex-Klang Valley) / 5 to 14 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) after receiving your payment information.
We shall keep you well informed of any unexpected delay or late delivery due to technical or resources problem. Though for any unforeseen technical or resources issue, late delivery may happen without prior notice.
When the item ordered is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. An email will be sent to you within estimated timescales as soon as that information is available from our suppliers.
